# Gameplay

TitaniumRacers is a pay-to-play game. To play the game you must purchase a TitaniumRacers via the minting process. TitaniumRacers can be purchased via our drops or from sellers on Opensea who have already purchased a TitaniumRacer from one of the drops. When buying a TitaniumRacer make sure that you are buying from the official collection. Once you obtain your TitaniumRacer you can enter it in an assortment of different length races and different events. Races and events will cost Ethereum to enter. TitaniumRacers who have a high-class rating have an advantage over other TitaniumRacers. Your TitaniumRacer can gain and lose class ratings depending on what place they finish in their races and events.

## Entering a race

To enter a race you will have to select the TitaniumRacer you want to enter. You will select the starting block number you want your TitaniumRacer to go off of. Once the race fills up you will be able to watch your race happen in real-time. Once the gun sounds your TitaniumRacer will race down the track to the finish line. Once the race is over users will be paid out accordingly depending on the buy-in they made prior to the race.
